Hi everyone! My name is Robert Akins, I am a 27-year-old guy who grew up on a homestead. As you can imagine, living in the countryside can be rough, so I know a thing or two about nature, building stuff, and whatnot. Most of my school holidays have gone by working on a variety of things, from driving a tractor, building barns to logging and making firewood.
The main focus of my site is to help out my readers on various topics related to forestry and tips about how to build an awesome backyard. I am young, I have a lot to learn so not all of the content I will be sharing comes from first-hand experience, but also from research and coming up with my own conclusion along the way. I am not the smartest person in the world when it comes to logging and building stuff, but even if you get 1% smarter after reading this blog it’s a win for me.
